COSCO SHIPPING Lines is a fully-owned subsidiary of COSCO SHIPPING Holding Co., Ltd,registered in China (Shanghai) Free-trade Experimental Area with a registered capital of 23.664 billion Yuan. Company is mainly engaged in domestic and international maritime container transport services and related business, as the group's core business sector.
By the end of December 2019, COSCO SHIPPING Lines had a total of 235 corporate enterprises, including 97 domestic enterprises and 138 enterprises abroad.

As at 31 December 2019, CSP operated and managed 290 berths at 36 ports worldwide, of which 197 were for containers, with a combined annual handling capacity of 113 million.
