The nominations of "2025 Best Practices for Board of Directors of Listed Companies" were hosted by China Association for Public Companies. This event has become an authoritative judgment of listed companies’ corporate governance capability widely recognized in the capital market. After a rigorous screening process, including preliminary review, expert committee evaluation, and integrity verification, the winners of best practices were picked from various companies nominated.
