COSCO SHIPPING Holdings attaches great importance to investor returns, dedicating itself to safeguarding the rights and interests of shareholders after comprehensive consideration of its sustainable development needs. In recent years, the Company has actively responded to the national call for bolstering the valuation management and investors’ confidence. With an emphasis on “investor-centric” approach, it has taken concrete action to reward shareholders through the distribution of cash dividends and share repurchases, thereby sharing its development achievements with shareholders, boosting market confidence and enhancing its long-term investment value.

Taking into account the 2026 interim cash dividends, the Company has completed 10 rounds of cash dividend distributions since 2021, subject to meeting cash dividend conditions. A total of RMB 126.8 billion, equivalent to RMB 7.99 per share was paid out in cash dividends.

Up to date, the Company has spent an aggregate amount of RMB 10.96 billion (excluding transaction fees) to repurchase a total of 948 million shares, including 305 million A-shares and 643 million H-shares.
