Mr. ZHANG Feng, aged 52, is currently the vice chairman of the Board and an executive director of the Company. He started his career  in 1995, and he is the vice president and a party committee member of China COSCO SHIPPING Corporation Limited. He previously served as the deputy manager and manager of the Global Sales Department of Marketing Division, and the deputy manager and manager of the Marketing Department of the Americas Trade Division of COSCO Container Lines Co., Ltd. (currently known as COSCO SHIPPING Lines Co., Ltd. (“COSCO Shipping Lines”)), the assistant president of COSCO (Los Angeles) Agency, the executive vice president of COSCO Container Lines (America) Co., Ltd., the deputy general manager, executive deputy general manager and general manager of the Americas Trade Division of COSCO SHIPPING Lines, a director and the general manager of New Golden Sea Shipping Pte. Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of COSCO SHIPPING Lines), the vice president of COSCO SHIPPING (South East Asia) Co., Ltd., a director and the president of COSCO SHIPPING (North America) Inc., a director, the general manager and deputy secretary of the party committee of COSCO SHIPPING Lines, and an executive director, the deputy general manager and deputy secretary of the party committee of the Company. Mr. ZHANG has extensive experience in container shipping operation and overseas enterprise management. Mr. ZHANG graduated from Beijing Foreign Languages Institute (currently known as Beijing Foreign Studies University) with a bachelor’s degree in French Language and is an economist.
