Mr. Fan, aged 47, is currently an independent non-executive director of the Company,and an independent non-executive director of Sing Tao News Corporation Limited (a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 1105)), Chuang’s Consortium International Limited (a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 367)), China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Limited (a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 81)), China Unicom (Hong Kong) Limited (a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 762)), and China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited (a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 1848)), as well as the managing director of Fan. Mitchell., & Co Limited and a director of Fan, Mitchell Risk Advisory Services Limited. Mr. Fan served as an independent non-executive director of the following companies listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange: Space Group Holdings Limited (a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 2448), which was delisted in February 2026), Culturecom Holdings Limited (a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 343)), Nameson Holdings Limited (a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 1982)), and Chuang’s China Investments Limited (a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 298)). Mr. Fan is currently a member of the fourteenth National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and a Legislative Council member representing the Election Committee Constituency of the 8th Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He served as a committee member of the tenth to twelfth Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of the Zhejiang Province from 2007 to 2022, and a committee member of the fourth and fifth Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province from 2008 to 2015. Mr. Fan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Hong Kong in December 1999, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London as an external student in August 2007. In January 2003 and September 2011, he was admitted as a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Mr. Fan is also a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom.
