Ms. Wu, aged 49, is currently the deputy general manager of the Company and currently the deputy general manager of COSCO SHIPPING Lines Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) and the director and a member of the executive committee of OOCL, as well as the an executive director and the managing Director of  COSCO SHIPPING Ports (a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the Company). Ms. Wu started her career in 1997 and served successively as the business manager of Business Process & System Division, deputy manager of Route Information Department, manager of Planning and Operation Division of Strategic Development Division, deputy general manager of Business Process & System Division of COSCO Container Lines Co., Ltd., and the general manager of Business Process & System Division and assistant to the general manager of COSCO SHIPPING Lines Co., Ltd.. Ms. Wu holds a Master’s degree in business administration from Fudan University and is an economist.
